These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Trader POS, including its mobile applications, websites, software, and related services. By creating an account, joining a store, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you use Trader POS on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Trader POS provides mobile point-of-sale tools for commercial retail merchants. Features may include sales processing (supporting Cash, Mobile Money, and Card payments), product and inventory management (including tracking stock quantities, low-stock alerts, and stock adjustments), customer debt records, repayment tracking, barcode scanning, business reports, team access, and receipt generation or printing.

Trader POS is business-management software. It is not a bank, payment institution, accounting firm, tax adviser, or legal adviser unless a specific service is expressly described otherwise.

Accounts are generally registered using a phone number and SMS one-time password. You must provide accurate information and maintain control of the phone number and device used to access your account.

You are responsible for activity conducted under your account and store, including activity by owners, managers, cashiers, or other invited store members. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, device loss, or misuse.

You retain ownership of product names, prices, inventory quantities, customer records, transaction details, store information, and other business data you enter into Trader POS.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data, for obtaining any required customer consent, and for complying with applicable tax, consumer-protection, employment, privacy, and commercial laws.

You may not use Trader POS for fraud, unlawful transactions, deceptive conduct, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that could harm the service or other users.

Trader POS may support compatible ESC/POS thermal receipt printers and related device features. Hardware performance can vary by printer model, firmware, mobile device, operating system, connection method, and surrounding conditions.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every printer or accessory. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing third-party hardware.

Trader POS may provide free features, trials, paid subscriptions, premium features, or optional add-ons. We may introduce or change pricing prospectively and will provide reasonable notice where required.

Before a paid plan renews or a charge is made, applicable pricing, billing frequency, taxes, and cancellation terms will be presented through the relevant purchase channel. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

We continuously maintain, secure, and improve Trader POS. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, address security concerns, meet legal requirements, or adapt the product.

Although we aim for dependable availability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failure, third-party outages, mobile-device limitations, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect the service.

Trader POS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing transaction details, maintaining appropriate business records, and operating your store.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trader POS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from service interruption, data-entry errors, hardware failure, unauthorized access, or business decisions based on the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ghana.
